Getting Started

Do I need a membership?

No. Every service at Caveman is available individually. Memberships simply provide additional value for clients who visit regularly.

Is this my first visit?

Great! Our team will walk you through the entire experience and answer any questions before your session begins.

Which service should I start with?

If you already know what you’re looking for, simply book that service. If you’re unsure, consider scheduling The Caveman Method™ Assessment to receive your personalized Blueprint™.

Can I book online?

Yes. Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting either location directly.

Can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but appointments are highly recommended.

Do I have to become a member?

Absolutely not. Individual services are always available.

Are memberships required?

No. Memberships are designed for clients who plan to visit regularly and want the greatest value.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. Our team can help you upgrade or modify your membership as your goals change.

Cryotherapy

How cold is Whole Body Cryotherapy?

The chamber operates at extremely cold temperatures, but sessions only last approximately three minutes.

Is cryotherapy painful?

Most people describe it as an intense but very manageable cold sensation.

How often should I use cryotherapy?

That depends on your goals. Some clients visit occasionally while others include cryotherapy in their weekly recovery routine.

Can I exercise afterward?

Yes. Most clients immediately return to normal activities.

Is cryotherapy better than an ice bath?

Both have benefits, but cryotherapy offers a dry, shorter, and more comfortable recovery experience for many people.

Compression Therapy

What does compression therapy feel like?

Many people describe it as a rhythmic massage using air pressure.

Does it hurt?

No. Most clients find it extremely relaxing.

Can I combine it with cryotherapy?

Infrared Sauna

What's the difference between an infrared sauna and a traditional sauna?

Infrared saunas heat the body directly rather than primarily heating the air around you.

How long is a session?

Session lengths vary based on your goals and comfort level.

Should I drink water?

Yes. Hydration before and after your session is encouraged.

Red Light Therapy

Does Red Light Therapy hurt?

Not at all. Most clients simply stand comfortably in front of the light panel.

Is it UV light?

No. Red Light Therapy uses therapeutic red and near-infrared wavelengths — not ultraviolet light.

How often should I use it?

Frequency depends on your goals and consistency.

Massage Therapy

What type of massage do I need?

Your therapist will customize your treatment based on your goals and presentation.

Do I need to be in pain?

No. Many clients schedule massage simply for wellness, recovery, or stress management.

How long should my massage be?

30 minutes — focused treatment.
60 minutes — most popular.
90 minutes — comprehensive treatment.
120 minutes — complete body restoration.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes. Whenever availability allows.

Assisted Stretch Therapy

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Many clients begin because they are not.

Is stretching painful?

No. Sessions are performed within your comfort level.

What should I wear?

Guided Performance

What is Guided Performance?

Guided Performance combines personalized programming with professional coaching while allowing members to train on their own schedule.

Is this personal training?

No. It provides more flexibility while still offering coach support throughout your workouts. See Personal Training.

Is my workout customized?

Yes. Every member receives an individualized program.

How often is my program updated?

Monthly.

No. We coach clients of every experience level.

Absolutely. Programs are customized around your goals.

Can you train athletes?

Dream Theatre

What is Dream Theatre?

Dream Theatre is an immersive sound and light experience designed to promote relaxation and help you disconnect from the stresses of everyday life.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the experience.

How long is a session?

Approximately 45 minutes.

Is seating limited?

Yes. Advance reservations are highly recommended.

The Caveman Method™

Do I have to complete The Caveman Method™ Assessment?

No. It is completely optional. Clients are always welcome to book individual services.

What do I receive?

Your Personal Blueprint™ along with individualized recommendations based on your goals and movement assessment.

Is it only for athletes?

Not at all. It was designed for anyone wanting expert guidance.

Performance Lab

Is Newington only for athletes?

No. Adults looking to improve strength, mobility, fitness, and performance are welcome.

Do kids need an evaluation?

Yes. Every athlete begins with an assessment to ensure proper program placement.
